My agent Erika de Azagra was helpful in being my tech support to navigate me through various forms when I was not tech savvy enough figure it out on my own. She is also a kind person. She has become a friend (we had lunch together after the closing on the sale of my house). Throughout the whole process it was reassuring to be dealing with such a competent and pleasant person.

From getting our house ready to sell by providing us guidance on the best things to do for showing to finding us a new house as we were downsizing. She helped us every step of the way and we are so grateful.
